Huck's is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Food Service Department in Springfield, IL. You will ensure opening readiness, staff scheduling, prompt customer service, accuracy in paperwork, and adherence to company policies while driving department profitability and high quality.

You will lead a team, monitor inventory and sanitation, uphold safety, and coordinate with store management to meet budget goals.

Responsabilidades

• Open and be ready for business during all scheduled hours
• Schedule associates to meet business demands using fixed schedules
• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
• Communicate effectively with store associates and management
• Follow all applicable laws and policies in department operations
• Maintain proper uniforming and customer service standards
• Manage paperwork accurately and timely
• Maintain inventory and control loss within guidelines
• Train new associates on proper duties
• Ensure safe working environment and comply with safety rules
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers
• Monitor transactions for potential misuse of points or discounts
• Assist customers with signup and usage of the app for discounts and redemption
