Job summary

• Monitor all food merchandisers according to demand and expiration time requirements.
• Implement food preparation methods and portion sizes to ensure food quality, appearance and consistency.
• Order and inventory food and supplies.
• Train and develop staff by continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees.
• Comply with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving to meet standards.
