Petro Serve USA in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, develop the team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences at Store #060 - 239 W Main Ave.

The role requires food service experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage inventory, safety, and schedules in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay up to $21/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or restaurant operations is required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the food service department.
• Prepare, cook, and merchandise fresh food products while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Train, coach, and develop food service team members.
• Ensure compliance with Petro Serve USA food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor product freshness, merchandising, and expiration dates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
• Work closely with store leadership to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
