Job summary

Petro Serve USA in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a store associate to support management and provide friendly service to customers.

The role involves assisting with recruiting, hiring and training, merchandising and safeguarding inventory, plus delivering prompt, courteous service and promoting a positive team atmosphere. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour DOE; a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and supervising of all personnel
• Promote a friendly, enthusiastic relationship between store employees and customers
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
• Assist with merchandising and safeguarding store inventory
• Respond promptly to supervisor’s guidance regarding store operation and the implementation of suggestions and/or merchandise promotions
