Responsibilities

• Monitor all food merchandisers according to demand and expiration time requirements
• Implement food preparation methods and portion sizes to ensure food quality, appearance, and consistency
• Order and inventory food and supplies
• Train and develop staff by continuously improving their skills and knowledge
• Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customers and employees
• Comply with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving to meet standards
