Job summary

Ambassador Personnel, Inc. seeks an experienced Food Service Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume dining facility in Montgomery, AL.

You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory and rigorous food-safety practices, while mentoring a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers PTO, vacation and paid holidays, a bonus opportunity, and flexible scheduling within 6 AM–8 PM, with immediate opening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of food service management experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory and food safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in school nutrition, healthcare dining, corporate cafeterias, or military dining is a plus.
