The Food Service Manageris responsible for overseeing the menu planning, production and serving of meals. If hospitality is in your DNA and you have experience in working in managementfoodservice and understand that a quality food service operation includes purchasing, budgeting, cost controls along with maintaining a staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner this could be the job for you!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field
• Knowledge of food trends
• Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting and computer skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft office, Apple applications, and Point of Sale
• Focus on quality, productions, sanitation, presentation, and food cost controls
• Ability to communicate on various levels ranging from student interaction, client and upper management.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal solutions
• Represent both Zest Culinary Services standards and Tipton Rosemark Academy culture with professionalism and enthusiasm
