Zest Culinary Services at University Tennessee Southern is hiring a Shift Leader for the Firehawk Cafe in Pulaski, TN. Job Description

Zest Culinary Services (formerly known as MMI Dining Systems) at the University of TN Southern campus is looking for a Shift Leader at the Firehawk Cafe. This person will be responsible for leading the evening crew and closing the bottom cafe. Other responsibilities include grilling on a flat-top grill, making smoothies, barista, inventory control, proper cleaning and sanitation, cash handling, stocking, etc.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work following the school calendar! This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm.
