• Manage food production processes.
• Assist in planning menus to meet nutritional and financial objectives according to student preferences.
• Help prepare and cook food.
• Clean and maintain equipment and facilities according to Illinois Department of Public Health Standards.
• Help on cafeteria service line.
• Help wash trays, pots & pans, etc.
• Serve proper portions as required by the State.
• Cooperate with ARS School principal.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, sanitation, and safety.
• Adheres to training on Civil Rights and all areas of sanitation and safety.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Middle School principal or superintendent.
