JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the day-to-day operations of the Birmingham Area Command’s Center of Hope food services program. Responsibilities include planning menus, purchasing food, maintaining inventory, administering budgets, ensuring compliance with health standards, and supervising kitchen staff, including cooking and serving meals.
