Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC is seeking a Food Service Restaurant Manager to lead the team in delivering a high-quality food program in our store.

You’ll work with the Store/Site manager to set goals, train staff, ensure food safety, manage inventory and control costs while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This full-time hourly role requires 1 year of food service lead experience, high energy, strong communication, and availability for varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service department lead experience.
• Serv Safe certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to show team and guests what great food service looks like.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to build and develop the food program and set measurable goals.
• Address team performance or behavior issues quickly and fairly.
• Achieve operational excellence and meet financial objectives with store leadership guidance.
• Ensure appearance and cleanliness of the food service area meets company standards.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety and in-stock levels for guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory controls including ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Maintain all Coen and local health/sanitation standards.
• Work with leadership to resolve product quality, safety, equipment, and training issues.
