Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the food service program and team to deliver quality guest experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set goals and drive program efficiency.
• Address performance issues quickly and fairly; coach and train staff.
• Ensure operations meet financial goals (sales, expenses, profit).
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance to company standards.
• Oversee quality control, safety, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Manage inventory controls including ordering, receiving, and waste.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards per Coen/Board requirements.
• Communicate and resolve issues with leadership and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
