Position Summary:

If you are a high-energy, outgoing person who loves to help others, work as part of a team, and are looking for a leadership role in a food operation, this job is for you! Responsibilities involve assisting with the management of the location’s food business, providing great quality food quickly and efficiently. You will guide team members in food safety measures and presentation to ensure guests receive high-quality food in a timely, pleasant manner. This role supports the Store Manager (or Brand Manager) and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience and fostering a positive work environment aligned with the Company values.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests warmly to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Manage food stock levels, costs, waste, preparation, presentation, and safety requirements for hot and cold prepared food and beverages.
• Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of the food service area and equipment.
• Achieve company sales goals for food items such as pizza, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, etc.
• Provide training, feedback, coaching, and direction to team members on food preparation and safety.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on food safety measures, monitoring temperatures, holding times, waste processes, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain proper stock levels and rotation of all food products.
• Process guest transactions efficiently and courteously to minimize wait times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader.

Minimum Education:

High School diploma or GED

Minimum Experience:

6 months retail or food service experience

Preferred Experience:

1 year in retail, service, or restaurant environment

Licenses/Certifications:

ServSafe certification is a plus but not mandatory

Soft Skills:

• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
• High energy and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented and willing to help others

Other Details:

This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (32-40 hours), with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. No travel required. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in cool environments is necessary.
