If you are a high-energy, outgoing person who loves to help others, work as part of a team, and are looking for a leadership role in a food operation, this job is for you! Responsibilities involve assisting with the management of the location’s food business, providing great quality food quickly and efficiently. You will guide team members in food safety measures and presentation to ensure guests receive high-quality food in a timely, pleasant manner. This role supports the Store Manager (or Brand Manager) and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience and fostering a positive work environment aligned with the Company values.
High School diploma or GED
6 months retail or food service experience
1 year in retail, service, or restaurant environment
ServSafe certification is a plus but not mandatory
This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (32-40 hours), with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. No travel required. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in cool environments is necessary.
