Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport hot food items as needed.
• Comfort working in kitchen areas with heat, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food item preparation for the day.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by management.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions for serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples for quality before serving customers.
• Report quality concerns to management immediately.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet and assist customers; address questions and feedback.
• Keep work stations clean and sanitized; handle waste disposal properly.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Support daily safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed by management.
• Support concessions, catering and special events as required.
