Job summary

Responsibilities include leading station setup, cooking per recipes, maintaining hygiene, logging temperatures, and assisting in concessions or catering as needed. A strong team player with a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow detailed instructions.
• Leadership or supervisory capability is a plus.
• Serve Safe Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in food preparation and item dating for the day.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and sample items for quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists and assist in events.
