Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting and carrying is required.
• Ability to work in a kitchen setting with heat, noise and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation and station setup.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and sample items for quality checks.
• Open and close station checklists.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station and equipment.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Participate in safety observations and report hazards to management.
• Cross-train in different areas as needed.
• Support concessions, catering, and special events as required by management.
