Responsabilités

• Assist with food prep and portioning under supervision.
• Serve customers with a positive attitude and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and assist in food orders.
• Prepare and set up stations for service and events.
• Ensure accurate portions and proper dating of products.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and cleanliness of work areas.
• Greet customers and address inquiries about service quality.
• Keep work stations, equipment, and floors clean and sanitized.
• Report safety hazards to management.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and line setup.
• Cross-train in different areas as needed by the manager.
