Aramark is hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to lead a dedicated team in our on-site food service operations. You will collaborate with a manager to coordinate schedules, oversee staff, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service across shifts.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, maintaining inventories, training staff, and participating in catering events. Strong organizational skills and a calm approach under pressure are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course.
• Knowledge of operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that meets safety and quality standards.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and follow menu specs.
• Uphold health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain inventory weekly.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
• Supervise and evaluate employees and mentor growth.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Train other food service workers.
• Record maintenance on equipment and logs for safety and temperature.
• Ensure catering events are prepared and delivered on time.
• Attend staff food service meetings.
