Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist a manager in coordinating operations, while growing your skills and pursuing what matters to you.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain inventories and schedules. The role may include occasional night/weekend catered events and cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure food items are stored safely and organized.
• Maintain serving schedules and menu compliance.
• Maintain sanitary department per health codes.
• Maintain weekly inventory accuracy.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
• Supervise and evaluate employees, mentor growth and teamwork.
• Ensure safe working environment and train staff.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and preventive checklists.
• Promote good public relations.
