Job summary

You will update menus and production records in collaboration with leadership to ensure dietary compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Preferred)
• 2+ years in food service or healthcare (Preferred)
• ServeSafe Certification (SERV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for patients, café, and catering following recipes and production sheets.
• Create and update menus, recipes, and production records with leadership to support dietary compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain clean/sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage following HACCP guidelines and temperature logs.
• Oversee production activities, ensure proper portioning and batch cooking for patient and retail service.
• Communicate with FANS Coordinator and team to coordinate daily operations and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
