Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, portioning meals, and serving customers with a positive attitude. Under manager guidance, you will learn on the job and build great connections with those we serve.

The role involves cooking, accurate portioning, and maintaining daily temperature logs, with opportunities to support concessions, catering and events. You’ll contribute to safe, clean operations and may grow into leadership on the line.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
• Responsible for accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line
• Maintain daily temperature logs
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations
• Complete opening and closing station checklists
• Greet customers and collect feedback while maintaining a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitation of areas and equipment
• Dispose of waste properly and transport supplies between areas
• Support safety observations and report hazards to management
• Cross-train in areas as needed
• Able to work in concessions, catering, and special events
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor or management
• Lead and advise line employees for timely service, requesting support as needed
