Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Independence, KY is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 165 to ensure safe, clean and stocked foodservice areas and to lead teammates in delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

This on-site role requires clear English communication, ability to operate POS and foodservice equipment, and adherence to food safety standards; schedule is Monday through Saturday, 4am–12pm, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand English well to communicate with guests.
• Food safety certification required or able to obtain per state regulations.
• Able to operate store equipment including POS terminals and foodservice devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Stock and maintain foodservice areas and ensure proper dating and sanitation.
• Prepare orders for dipside items and beverages; operate the POS system accurately.
• Ensure temperatures, dates, and food safety logs are maintained.
• Assist management in training staff and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
