Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in the preparation of food items.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate portions for servings.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and food safety practices.
• Take samples for quality checks before serving customers.
• Greet customers and address questions or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Keep work stations clean and sanitized and manage waste disposal.
