Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification required or preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience is preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting of hot items.
• Comfort in a kitchen with heated equipment, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portioning when plating items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all items before serving customers.
