Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team.
• Certification: Serve Safe or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting and working near hot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in food item preparation for the day.
• Coordinate setup and teardown of stations as directed.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions for serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of food items before serving.
• Report items not meeting quality standards to management.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
