Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton, CO is seeking a dedicated food service associate to prepare and cook meals for patients, café service and catering events, following recipes and production sheets.

You will update menus and production records to support dietary compliance and efficiency, maintain clean workspaces per HACCP, and coordinate with the FANS Coordinator to ensure service expectations are met.

This full-time day-shift role offers benefits from day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service or healthcare experience.
• ServeSafe Certification (Preferred).
• High School Grad or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, café service, and catering events, following established recipes and production sheets.
• Create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately.
• Oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services.
• Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met.
