Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a food services operation is desired.
• Ability to obtain local Food Handling/Health Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of meals and support food service operations.
• Provide kitchen cleanup and sanitation of all food service areas.
• Transfer food, supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen/cafeteria.
• Set up and take down tables and chairs, wash dishes and store utensils.
• Clear, clean and sanitize kitchen and cafeteria areas and equipment.
• Maintain refrigerators, stoves and ovens; clean and store trash containers.
• Sweeping, mopping and floor maintenance; vent cleaning and sanitizing.
• Provide high-quality supervision and support for students and staff.
