Job summary

• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background and a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection.
• Provide patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
