UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is hiring Part-Time Food Service Hosts. This position requires working holidays and weekends. Candidates must have open availability and be able to work shifts between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The position involves rotating holidays and weekends.

Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to hand hygiene and infection control procedures when interacting with customers.
2. Communicate customer complaints and concerns effectively with healthcare team members.
3. Display customer service skills when responding to meal requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Distribute and collect menus from patients; obtain selected menus according to departmental procedures.
5. Serve meals within established time frames, maintaining standards for appearance, food quality, and temperature.
