Position Summary

The Food Service Cook supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Reports to the Kitchen Manager(s), Sous Chef(s), and Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service following SSA standards.
• Assist in restaurant prep and daily operations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Support safety procedures and proper food handling.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Assist with dishwashing and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of food preparation experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
