Job summary

West Feliciana Parish Schools is seeking a Food Service Employee to join our Child Nutrition program. The role is a full-time 181‑day/9‑month position with hours from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Compensation starts at $24,214 plus a $7,000 stipend, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving foods under supervision, maintaining health and safety standards, cleaning equipment and work areas, and supporting a cooperative team environment.

• Clean and mop floors in preparation and serving areas as assigned
• Any related duty assigned by Child Nutrition Manager and/or Food Service Director
• Maintain a positive attitude and polite, supportive working relationship with co‑workers
