IKEA Food in Atlanta is hiring a Food Service Team Member to prepare and maintain menu items in line with the IKEA Food concept, while upholding strict food handling and safety standards.

You will assist customers, process sales transactions, keep dining areas clean, and help manage the Swedish Food Market's merchandising, pricing, and inventory controls as part of our team.

Responsabilités

Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items according to the IKEA Food concept, adhering to food handling, health, and sustainability standards.
Respond to customer inquiries to support informed purchases and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling policies.
Maintain equipment operation by following operating guidelines, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing preventive and cleaning maintenance.
Keep dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and trays clean and sanitized, compliant with Food Safety Standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining and play areas.
Oversee merchandising, pricing, stock rotation, and sanitization of sampling equipment and areas in the Swedish Food Market.
Ensure accurate price communication across all food solutions, including digital platforms and shelf tags.
Maintain supply rotation and stocking in all IKEA Food solutions following FIFO and expiration dates.

As a Food Service Team Member ensuring operational excellence of IKEA Food, you will:

Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items according to the IKEA Food concept. Adhering to food handling, health, and sustainability standards.
Respond to customer inquiries to support informed purchases and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling policies.
Maintain equipment operation through adherence to operating guidelines, troubleshooting breakdowns, and conducting preventive and cleaningmaintenance.
Maintain a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining and play areas.
Manage the Swedish Food Market by overseeing merchandising, pricing, stock rotation, and the cleaning and sanitization of sampling equipmentand areas.
Ensure accurate and timely price communication across all food solutions, including digital platforms, menu boards, and shelf tags.
Maintain supply rotation and stocking in all IKEA Food solutions, adhering to First In, First Out (FIFO), expiration dates, and sustainability standards.
Implients IKEA Food policies and procedures for goods receiving and monthly inventory.
Adhere to safe food handling, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, promptly reporting concerns to managers.

HOURS: 34–40 hrs/week

SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.67 - $23.81
