Title: Dishwasher

Reports to: Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef Team

Responsibilities

1. Wash/clean dishes and kitchen equipment as they come through the dish pit.
2. Work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly.
3. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
4. Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.
5. Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.

IDEA + Belonging

1. Promote an inclusive & supportive approach within the Brand team, with networking continuing at all units.
2. Focus on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all levels.
3. Lead by example through Sustainability/Conservation efforts; display knowledge of efforts in business application as well as giving adequate opportunity for teaching to unit staff as necessary.
4. Engage with SSA/Unit in driving community effort through engagement activities and focus on opportunities of giving back.

Job Requirements

1. Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time.
2. Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred.
3. Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business.
4. Experience with MSDS knowledge and uphold active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use.
5. Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.
