About This Position

Coordinate and support activities related to the development and maintenance of Officer Dining Room, Trinity TakeOut, Micro Market, and other retail sales units. Provide expertise to ensure excellence in operational, technical, financial, and customer support aspects of all deployments, including market placement/pricing, packaging, and quality assurance.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice/support for culinary aspects of projects, including menu development, equipment utilization, product ordering, and production rationalization.
  • Support existing and new retail installations in product offerings, packaging, customer ordering, and delivery platforms.
  • Lead as liaison in startup retail installations, coordinating efforts across teams.
  • Gain expertise in equipment, building materials, interior design, technology, and point of sale components.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to develop retail concepts addressing client needs and ideas.
  • Develop knowledge of food service vendors, products, industry terms, and client paradigms.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and teams involved in projects.
  • Collaborate with and direct solutions with relevant personnel and departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum of five (5) years in the food service industry, with experience in menu development.
  • Experience in food service administration.
  • Strong skills in culinary operations management.
  • Knowledge of food service production and administrative software.
  • Retail sales knowledge, including marketing, product placement, and pricing.
  • Understanding of customer product ordering systems and related technology.
  • Experience with kitchen/interior design for retail spaces.
  • Professional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and work indoors and in correctional settings.
  • Willingness to travel 65%-75%.
