Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a large, on-site food service operation within a secure correctional facility. You will direct production kitchens, supervise a team of food service staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards while managing operational and financial performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of supervisory experience in food service, a valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to complete basic reports requiring accounting or math skills.

About This Position

The Food Service Director plans, direct and coordinate the activities of running a large food service operation with one or more production kitchens. This position oversees the kitchen's operational and financial responsibilities. This position supervises an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and/or Cooks who are involved with the preparation, serving and clean-up of food in a secure correctional facility. Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.

What You\'ll Need

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• Five years’ of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledge and experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports High School Diploma or Equivalent.
