Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a dedicated Food Service Director / CDM to lead the on-site dining program. You will oversee staff scheduling, menu adherence, purchasing, par levels, and budget stewardship while upholding quality and service standards.

Applicants should hold CDM and FSD certifications, CFPM if possible, with 1–2 years of leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills to guide a team in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• College degree or extensive related experience.
• CDM, FSD, and CFPM certifications required.
• Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.
• 1–2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Computer literacy required.
• Ability to balance resident and departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program and staff scheduling.
