Job summary

The role of Food Service Director at Wichita Presbyterian Manor is with Cura-Hospitality within Elior North America. You will lead a skilled team, oversee all operations of the healthcare food service department, ensure meals meet safety standards and client expectations, and manage budgets and purchasing.

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
• The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add a motivated, effective food service director to our healthcare team in Wichita. As a food service director, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of a food service department to ensure that customers and clients never miss a meal.
