Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a site, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of finances, supplies, and personnel using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training and perform roles as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, residents, and guests.
• Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Certification in Food Protection Management required within 14 days; other certifications within 60 days.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift/carry and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and compliance with COVID-19 policies.
• Residency within the service area required.
