Job summary

Cura is seeking a motivated food service director for our healthcare team in Arkansas City. You will lead a skilled staff, manage all departmental functions, ensure culinary, safety, and sanitation standards, and handle budgeting to meet forecasts.

You will coordinate with district leadership and other departments, ensuring top-notch dining service for clients. Prior leadership in industrial cooking and strong communication are essential. This role is onsite at Presbyterian Mid Manors of America.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
• The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
