The Trinity Services Group is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our onsite team at Wake County Detention Center in Raleigh, NC. You will operate a company vehicle on a designated route, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to inmate dining services and related facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of delivery experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to food safety and customer service.

• At least 1 year experience delivering products.
• Valid state driver’s license for assigned vehicles.
• Knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic rules.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy.
• Follow proper delivery procedures.
• Help with food preparation, serving, and kitchen maintenance, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Load, unload, and deliver products and orders promptly.
• Report any necessary maintenance or repairs on the vehicle to the manager.
• Maintain and keep the vehicle clean.
• Physical demands: lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking and standing for extended periods.
• Stand and be on your feet for much of the shift when not driving.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position

This position is working inside a jail/correctional facility at the Wake County Detention Center.

The Delivery Driver will drive a company vehicle for an established route/territory. You will help with the loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customer locations.

You will report to a Food Service Director. This position is located onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Help with food preparation, serving, and kitchen maintenance, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Load, Unload, and deliver products and orders promptly.
• Report any necessary maintenance or repairs needed on our vehicle to the manager.
• Maintain and keep the vehicle clean.
• You will have physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for much of the scheduled shift when not driving.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 21 years of age.
• One (1) years' experience delivering products/inventory.
• We require a valid state driver's license for assigned vehicles.
• Transport and set up food and food service items.
• Knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic rules.
