Responsibilities

• Organize, scrape, prewash, lift and rack items to be washed, set up and operate pan washing machine, store items, maintain sanitary work area. Requires the physical ability to stoop, crouch, finger, reach, grasp, walk and/or stand for extended periods of time, and exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly. Task requires the visual ability to read cleaning compound labels, directions, visually inspect pots and pans for cleanliness, etc. Task requires the ability to use mechanical pan machine, scrapers, pans soak dish rack, cleaning compounds, water spray nozzle, and garbage disposal.
