Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Cook to join our New Orleans team. You will contribute to daily preparation, food safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of food preparation experience and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. This role supports the SSA Group's 452 Hospitality culture and requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Support restaurant prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet daily quickservice, food service, safety and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food quantities for daily service and rotation.
• Assist with dishwashing and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and follow SSA policies.
