Responsibilities include managing budgets, tenant coordination, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Competenze

• 4-5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in food service environments.
• Strong tenant coordination skills, particularly in leases and inspections.

Mansioni

• Oversee multiple restaurant construction projects from planning through to closeout.
• Manage project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.
• Lead tenant coordination and support health department inspections.
