Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of food service and cashiering experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Understanding of health codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and close out cash registers; perform cashiering as needed.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and orderly work/service areas and comply with health codes.
• Cater special events: set up, wait tables, prepare facilities, maintain food presentation.
• Inventory and restock workstations with supplies.
• Prepare items at fry/grill stations; assemble salads, sandwiches, and pizzas; prepare soups and drinks.
• Serve on hot line or deli station; ensure customers are charged accurately.
