Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in food preparation or food services.
• Food Handler’s certification as applicable by local or state regulations.
• Arizona state requirement line: Arizona Health Department Sanitation Certificate, ServeSafe Certificate, or Arizona Food Handler Certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and portion controls per recipes and production standards.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between stations.
• Store and rotate food using FIFO and proper dating.
• Set up and monitor serving line temperatures and assist in meal tray prep.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety/sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient service and address customer needs.
