• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• BLS may be required depending upon location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record proper food temperatures.
• Set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items and restock food areas.
• Receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register.
• Operate equipment such as grills, beverage machines, toasters, ice cream dispensers, cash registers, steam equipment, dishwashers, etc.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and deliver good customer service.
