Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year Food Service experience in retail and/or food preparation (Preferred)
• Licenses and Certifications: Allergen Awareness Certification within 180 Days(Required)
• Food Handlers Card or Food Protection Manager within 30 Days (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high quality meal service to all retail customers.
• Set-up, replenish, and break-down service lines following department policies.
• Assist team members in completing tasks and serving customers.
• Maintain open communication with kitchen to avoid delays in service.
• Operate the POS cash register and count register accurately; follow cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service in every interaction.
• Support team to provide seamless, timely and accurate meal service.
• Handle basic food prep: receiving, storing, preparation, holding and chilling of items.
