Responsibilities

• Serve meals with proper portion control and plate presentation.
• Follow therapeutic menus to ensure dietary accuracy and patient safety.
• Assemble patient trays accurately according to diet orders and allergies.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance standards.
