Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork.
3. Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer-first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
4. Prepare and produce "Quality" food & products to meet or exceed our customer & company expectations.
5. Make sandwiches.
6. Assist with Hot Bar.
7. Slice meats and cheese.
8. Serve food and drinks.
9. Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes.
10. Keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean (washing dishes, mopping, etc.).
11. Assist in ensuring all packaged products for self-service are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients.
12. Follow company Food Safety program.
13. Assist in stocking and proper rotation of products.
14. Be cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Food Service experience is a plus but not required.
3. Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
4. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and interact with individuals at various levels daily.
5. Ability to attend scheduled shifts on-site to adhere to company policies.
