FOOD SERVICE ASSOCIATE - PART TIME - EVENING

Join us as a Food Service Associate - Part Time - Evening at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver patient meals within strict deadlines, ensuring high patient satisfaction.
  • Assist with meal assembly, dishwashing, utility work, and register operation.
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, work stations, refrigerators, and food warmers.
  • Perform routine sanitation tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
  • Document food temperatures, dishmachine temperatures, chemical logs, and other required records.
  • Post menu boards and signage as needed.
  • Accurately prepare and serve food according to menu and portion guidelines.
  • Stock stations with food and supplies, inspect china for cleanliness, and handle food deliveries.
  • Follow all food handling regulations, including HACCP, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
